• Are your products legal to own? Do I need a License?

  Our Replica guns are perfectly legal to purchase and own! They are all NON-FIRING and are not legally considered firearms as they cannot ever fire ammunition.

• Are your replicas real firearms that were deactivated?

  No. Our replicas are made to accurately resemble the weight, visuals and partial functionality as the real world, historical equivalent of the replica gun in question (as in you can cock the hammer and pull the trigger to fire a toy gun cap). At no point were they functional firearms, nor can they be converted or “reactivated” to be a functional firearm.

• Why won’t .45 long colt bullets fit in your colt peacemakers, or in the bullet loops of your gun belts?

  Though our replicas are made with great detail, to resemble their real world counterparts, they are intentionally made to only accept Replica bullets and blanks, specifically designed for them. They will not accept standard bullets, or standard blanks. Only the ones designed specifically for them will fit.

• How old do you need to be to own any of your replicas?

  We require our customers to be of at least 18 years of age to purchase a replica.
